View Client Service Request History

Learn about viewing a client's request history in Time To Pet.

It's possible to view past service requests a customer has made through their client portal. If your settings for change requests are configured for clients to make requests against specific visits, you can also view their change requests here as well. This tool can come in handy when understanding if a service was scheduled from a request and what happened to a previous request a client has made.

Additionally, this feature not only lets users view past requests but also helps manage different types of client requests, like changes, cancellations, and rescheduling, ensuring a better tracking and clarity in service history.

To see a client's past requests, you can go to their profile view and navigate to the Quick Actions button.

From this menu, click "View Past Requests".

This will populate a view with the date of the requests, the service type requested, and the times requested. Also, the status column will show if the request was approved or marked as unavailable or is still pending.

It's important to note if a requested service was deleted, it will not show in the client request history. Only requests that were processed as "Mark Unavailable" or "Approve" or that are still pending will be shown here.

FAQs

Q: Can clients view the notes they have left when they made their request?

A: No, once a client makes a request, the additional notes they added with their request are not visible to them, they are only viewable by the Admins and Office Managers (with permission) on the dashboard.
