When testing Time To Pet, you may want to disable some or all of your company notifications. You can disable these notifications in your Advanced Notifications Settings. To access this, navigate to Settings > Advanced > Notifications Tab.
Admin email notifications can also be customized or disabled to suit your preferences. For more details, refer to the structured steps below.
Overview of Admin Email Notifications
Admin email notifications are automated emails sent to administrators to provide updates, such as daily schedules or reports. While these notifications can be helpful, you may prefer to disable them to reduce email clutter.
Disabling Admin Schedule Report Emails
To disable Admin Schedule Report emails for your company:
Navigate to Settings in the main menu.
Go to Advanced.
Select Notifications.
Locate the option for Admin Schedule Report emails and disable it.
Note: Disabling all company notifications will prevent notifications from being sent to your clients and your staff members.

Troubleshooting Common Issues
Can’t Find the Settings Option? Ensure you have the necessary permissions to access the Settings menu or contact your account administrator.
Changes Not Taking Effect? Double-check that you’ve saved your changes after disabling the notifications.
Turning Off Daily Schedule Emails
To turn off daily schedule emails sent to admins:
Open your Admin Profile.
Click Edit Settings (accessible via Quick Actions or near the top of the page).
In the Details tab, scroll to the bottom.
Disable the daily schedule email option.
