How to renew
With a login: please login and go to Account > Subscriptions and press the button. Choose your products/bolt-ons and pay online by credit card or request an invoice.
Without a login: search for your school here, then follow the steps to choose your products/bolt-ons and pay online by credit card or request an invoice.
Will we lose any of our pupils' data or have to set them up again?
Under 90 days since last subscription - Your user accounts, their data, progress, coins and classes are totally untouched.
More than 90 days since your last subscription expired - pupil data will have been deleted in accordance with our data handling policy.
When will my new subscription start?
Whether you pay by credit card or invoice, your new subscription will begin...
Immediately, if you're subscription had lapsed; or
When your current subscription ends, if the expiry date hasn't been reached.
