How to download generic parent info letters:

  1. Log in to your teacher account.

  2. Go to NumBots > Downloads (in the main menu, on left of screen).

  3. Click the "Parent Letters" tab.

  4. Click the "Download" button below the resource you'd like.

How to download letters containing a child's login details...

... for a whole class:

  1. Log in to your teacher account.

  2. Go to Account > Classes.

  3. Click the "Parent Letters" button next to the name of the class you'd like to download letters for.

  4. Select which platforms the pupils will be using and whether they will use numerical passwords or picture PINs to log in. Also choose whether you'd like to download the letters all in one PDF (recommended for printing) or as separate PDFs (recommended if emailing the letters home).

  5. Click "Download".

... for multiple classes or selected pupils:

  1. Log in to your teacher account.

  2. Go to Account > Classes.

  3. Tick the checkboxes by the names of the classes/pupils you'd like to download letters for.

  4. Click the "Download" tab (at the top of the page).

  5. Click the "Parent letters" button that appears. 

  6. Select which platforms the pupils will be using and whether they will use numerical passwords or picture PINs to log in. Also choose whether you'd like to download the letters all in one PDF (recommended for printing) or as separate PDFs (recommended if emailing the letters home).

  7. Click "Download".
