NumBots family subscriptions are a one-off payment at the start of the year, which will give your family access to NumBots for 12 months. There are no ongoing monthly payments and we won't automatically renew your subscription when it expires after 12 months.

Do I need to do anything to cancel it?

Unless you choose to renew, your subscription will expire automatically after 12 months, so you don’t need to do anything to cancel it.

If you would like to cancel your subscription within the first 30 days for a full refund, please email the team at support@mathscircle.com.

I want you to delete my family's account now

You have a right to be forgotten, so if you'd like us to delete all your family's data and end your access to NumBots before your subscription's expiry date, please email the team at support@mathcircle.com.

Please note:

  • We only offer refunds on family subscriptions where a cancellation request is received by us (by email to support@mathscircle.com) within the first 30 days of purchase.

  • Your child(ren)'s data will be deleted automatically by us 12 weeks after your subscription expires (if you do not renew during that period), in accordance with our privacy notice, unless you tell us to delete it before then.
