NumBots tuition organisation subscriptions have a one-off payment, which gives your tutees access to NumBots for 12 months. There are no ongoing monthly payments and we don't automatically renew your subscription when it expires after 12 months.

Do I need to do anything to cancel it?

Unless you choose to renew, your subscription will expire automatically after 12 months, so you don’t need to do anything to cancel it.

If you would like to cancel your subscription within the first 30 days for a full refund, please email the team at support@mathscircle.com.

I want you to delete my tuition organisation now

You have a right to be forgotten, so if you'd like us to delete all of your organisation's data (including your tutees' entire play histories and records) and end your access to NumBots before your subscription's expiry date, please email the team at support@mathcircle.com.

Please note:

  • We only offer refunds on tutor subscriptions where a cancellation request is received by us (by email to support@mathscircle.com) within the first 30 days of purchase.

  • Your tutee's data will be deleted automatically by us 12 weeks after your subscription expires (if you do not renew during that period), in accordance with our privacy notice, unless you tell us to delete it before then.
