Leavers

When pupils leave the school, your office colleagues will mark them as "off roll" (or similarly) on your school database. Our nightly sync with your database will detect that and automatically move them into a class called "No longer on roll".

So now what do you do with them?

Option 1: Delete them

If you're comfortable they've left and you don't need their data then you will want to delete their accounts. To do so please:

  1. Go to Account > Classes and tick the class called 'No longer on Roll'

  2. Press the Delete tab at the top and follow the steps.

Option 2: Keep them and move to a "leavers" class

You could keep their account so that you still have access to their data and if the student's new school uses TTRS their account can be teleported over.

To move pupils to a leavers class please:

  1. Go to Account > Classes and tap the class called 'No longer on Roll'

  2. Select the checkbox next to the names of the students you would like to keep.

  3. At the top of the page, press Move > Move to Math(s) Class and follow the steps.
