Leavers
When students leave the school, your office colleagues will mark them as "off roll" (or similarly) on your school database. Our nightly sync with your database will detect that and automatically move them into a class called "No longer on roll".
So now what do you do with them?
Delete them:
Data protection laws require that personal data is not kept for longer than necessary, so do not hold on to these leavers accounts unless you have good reason for doing so.
Please complete these steps:
Go to Account > Classes and tick the class called 'No longer on Roll'
Press the Delete tab at the top and follow the steps.
Important: The only time you may wish to keep a leaver's account is if the student has moved to a new school and wants to continue using their account. Student accounts can be teleported to a new school. Please follow these steps to learn how.
