Deleting leavers :
Data protection laws require that personal data is not kept for longer than necessary, so it's important to delete leavers from your list. Here's how:
Go to Account > Classes
You can delete whole classes by pressing the Delete button on the class row.
You can delete individual students by ticking their checkboxes and press the Delete tab at the top.
Important: The only time you may wish to keep a leaver's account is if the student has moved to a new school and wants to continue using their account. Student accounts can be teleported to a new school. Please follow these steps to learn how.
