To delete a member of staff from your account, please:
Go to Account > Teachers
Select the trash can icon next to the name of the teacher/staff member that you wish to delete.
Click on the Remove button in the Confirm Remove pop up.
It is good practice to promptly remove all members of staff and teachers from your account as soon as they leave the school, as they should no longer have access to any student data on your account.
Also, GDPR requires that personal data is not kept for longer than necessary, so it is also a good idea to delete the accounts of any staff or teachers who are no longer using the platform.
