With Tackle meaningful analytics, you can eliminate time sinks with AI-generated recommendations and track your company meeting health to improve deep work.

Here is how you can do it from your Tackle account:

Installing Meeting health app

  • Make sure you have installed the Meeting health app from the "Apps & Connections" page.

If you've not installed it yet, you can just select the app and install it in just one click.

Meeting health dashboard

  • Once, you've installed the app, Go to the Meeting Health Dashboard from the left menu.

  • Over here there will be five submenus on the top menu: Summary, Health Stats, Meeting Trends, Interactions, and Leaderboard.

Summary

The Summary submenu will show you a quick overview of your meeting health for the current week. You can also select any month, quarter, or year to see how your meeting health compares over time.

Health stats

The Health Stats submenu provides you with quantitative insights about your meeting health scores. You can see your Deep work score, Meeting fatigue score, and Meeting health grade.

The Deep work score indicates if you are getting enough uninterrupted work time, while the Meeting fatigue score shows how exhausted, anxious, or burnt out you are from too many online meetings.

Meeting trends

The Meeting Trends submenu helps you identify your total meeting hours and average work hours in meetings to see how much time you spend on meetings every month or quarter.

Interactions

The Interactions submenu provides you with insights into your team's meeting behaviors. You can see who the meeting bee is, the average meeting length, what tools your team uses most, and the average number of participants in each meeting.

Leaderboards

The Leaderboard submenu shows you the top meeting organizers and attendees. You can also toggle the People view to see all the companies you've met during a specific period.
