You have control over the data settings in your account. You can set up the data range to analyze and when you want to sync and reload your data.

You can find and change this information on the Settings page from the workspace section on the top left corner.

Data Range

To change your data settings in Tackle, go to the "Settings" menu and select "Application Settings." Here, you can choose the time range you want Tackle to sync from your Google Calendar, ranging from six months to three years.

Data sync

If you make changes to your Google Calendar while viewing charts in Tackle and want to see the updated data, just hit the "Sync Now" button.

Reload data

You can also reload your data if you want to update all your past and new calendar event tags and auto-tagging rules. This process doesn't lose any data, it just updates it in real-time.

Auto-Sync

With auto-sync, it is possible to automatically sync your new calendar data even when you aren't around.

If you want to automatically sync new calendar data, you can use the auto-sync feature. This updates your data every 2 minutes for the Chrome Extension and once every hour for the web application.
