At Tackle, each account can have only one owner, who holds the data ownership rights. If you need to change the account owner, follow these steps:
Ensure Subscription Transfer: Make sure the new account owner has subscribed to all existing calendars.
Disconnect Calendars: The current account owner must disconnect all existing calendars. Here's how to disconnect calendars in Tackle.
Reconnect Calendars: The new account owner should reconnect all existing calendars. Here's how to connect calendars in Tackle.
Email Support: The current account owner should then send an email to support@timetackle.com, including the email address of the new account owner.
Regarding the existing account owner:
Specify whether to remove them from the combined workspace or change their roles. Please include this information in the same email to support@timetackle.com.
Once we receive the necessary details, we'll manually begin the ownership migration process. Confirmation of completion will be sent via email within 48 hours.
Afterward, we may schedule a short support call to ensure all changes are accurately reflected.
