Keeping updates on your calendar can become a hasty job for an individual, if you hardly get time to breathe. But in addition to that, if you also need to align your calendar with your manager, or your colleagues, that becomes more problematic. To make this situation easier, TimeTackle analytics has introduced a new feature called, manage calendar. This feature allows you to add someone else’s calendar to your own and give you a heads up of their whole day to day routine. For the feature to work on your account, follow the steps below:

  1. Go to

  2. Login to your TimeTackle account (on the right side of the screen) from your google calendar.

3. Click on the other calendar’s section on the bottom left of your screen. Click on the plus sign and choose the option, subscribe to calendar.

4. Type out the name of the person, whose calendar, you want to align your calendar with for your future meeting sessions. Depending on how their calendar is shared, one of the following happens:

- If the calendar isn't shared with you, we'll prompt you to request access. The person whose calendar you would like to access, will receive a notification.

- If the calendar is already shared with you, their calendar will be added on the left side under "Other calendars."

- If the other person doesn't have a Google Calendar, we'll prompt you to invite them to use Google Calendar.
