Understanding Task Statuses and Disputes

When using our platform, it's important to understand the different statuses that a task can have and what actions are required from both the user and the advertiser in each scenario. This article will walk you through the process and provide information on what to expect in each situation.

We currently have 2 types of tasks that you may need to dispute:

Manual Credit tasks:

When a user submits a task, the initial status will be "Pending Approval". This means that the task is awaiting approval from the advertiser. The advertiser has a set number of days, which is determined by their preferences, to either approve or reject the task. This can be up to a maximum of 4 days.

If the advertiser takes no action within the allotted time, the task will automatically be approved. This ensures that tasks are not left in limbo and allows the user to move forward with their campaign.

If the advertiser chooses to reject the task, the status will change to "Advertiser Rejected". In this case, the user has 2 days to file a dispute if they believe the rejection was unjustified.

If a user decides to file a dispute, the task status will change to "Disputed Campaign". This means that the task is now under review and the advertiser has 2 days to either approve, reject, or send the dispute to our staff for further review.

If the advertiser rejects the dispute, the status will change to "Advertiser Rejected Dispute". In this scenario, the user has 2 days to send the dispute to our staff for a final decision. If the user does not take action within this time frame, the dispute will automatically be rejected.

If the user does send the dispute to our staff, we will review the case and make a final decision. Please note that this feature is not yet implemented, but will be available in the future.

If the advertiser does not take any action on the dispute within 2 days, we will automatically send it to our staff for review.

Auto Credit tasks:

Auto credit tasks are from companies. Systems that are set up to evaluate and check your proofs automatically.

The tasks you complete often require specific word phrases to be included in your proof. These phrases are crucial for verifying that the task was completed accurately, and if they are missing, the task is automatically rejected with no option for dispute.

Other reasons for rejections can be the IP address or the device you used, has already been used to do this task.

In addition, advertisers have direct access to review the tasks. They are responsible for checking if instructions were followed precisely, and if they find that the requirements weren’t met, they reserve the right to reject the task, the task is automatically rejected with no option for dispute.

To help you avoid future issues, we recommend thoroughly reading and following the task instructions. Including all necessary phrases and details will help ensure that your tasks pass the verification process.
