This ban is put in place because a device repeatedly triggered high-risk security alerts through Verisoul. These alerts happen when a device uses software or hardware that hides, changes, or virtualizes normal device details—like emulators, virtual machines, remote sessions, spoofed setups, or other masking tools.
We need to make sure every user is accessing the site from a real physical device. If the system finds tech that stops us from confirming this, the account is automatically restricted for safety.
