No, you cannot have more than 1 account on TimeWall.

The Terms of Service, (on the bottom of the login page) outlines that users must not create multiple accounts and users must not fill in the incorrect profile information into TimeWalls such as name, age, address and gender.

TimeWall further restricts users to one account per IP address/device. Users that are found to create multiple accounts may face consequences such as account suspension or termination.
