Are you working on a task and believe it was wrongly rejected by the advertiser? Don’t worry, TimeWalls has a process to help you get compensated for the submitted task.

Disputes in the Task Tab

Disputes in the task tab are the way to get compensated if you believe you have done the task correctly and the advertiser wrongly rejects the task you submitted.

Step 1: Open a Dispute in the Task Tab
Providing a clear and logical explanation for why you think your submitted task was wrongly rejected.

Step 2: Send the Dispute to the Advertiser
The dispute will be sent to the advertiser. If the advertiser rejects the dispute, you will have the option to send it to the TimeWalls staff for review or if the advertiser fails to respond to the dispute within 7 days, it will automatically be sent to TimeWalls staff for review.

Step 3: Final Decision is Made by TimeWalls Staff
After reviewing the dispute, the decision made by TimeWalls staff would be final.

Note: Making any false disputes to try to cheat the system will result in your account being disabled.

If you have experienced any rejection issues, please click this button to open a dispute for your task submission.

A staff member will look at what you provided, and compare it with all other proofs other users have sent that have been approved, they will make the final decision.
