What Happens If I'm Blocked By My Providing Service?

It can be incredibly frustrating when you're blocked by the providing service you use for TimeBucks, but don't worry—there are ways to get your account unblocked. The first step is to submit a support ticket to the provider's website. A member of the support team will be able to help you take the necessary steps to unblock your account and resume using their service with TimeBucks.

When Should I Exepct to Hear Back?

Time frames may vary depending on the provider and how busy they are. Usually, support teams will respond within 48 hours, but they can be up to a week during peak times. We recommend waiting at least 72 hours before contacting the support team again.

What About TimeBucks? Can You Help?

Unfortunately, we are not able to unblock your account from the provider. If your support ticket does not get answered, we suggest trying another provider.
