Deleting or Deactivating Your Account

In some cases, users may want to delete or deactivate their account. We understand that a change of preference or lifestyle may cause this situation to arise, and want to make it as easy as possible for our users.

To delete your account, send a support ticket via the Support tab requesting this. Please note that all your data including all earnings will be deleted forever and cannot be recovered!

Alternatively, if you wish to just deactivate your account, so you don't appear on the site and don't receive any emails from us, but you can still come back at a later date and reactivate, follow these steps:

Once completed, your account will be deactivated and no further action will be needed.

Once you have deactivated or deleted your account, all your data including all earnings will be deleted forever and cannot be recovered!
