Steps to Take
On the taskbar search, type "Command Prompt."
Right-click on Command Prompt and press "run as administrator."
Select Yes when asked whether to allow Command Prompt to change your computer.
Open Command Prompt.
Type the command ipconfig /flushdns, then press enter.
