The Early Slot Waitlist skill will oversee a waitlist for customers who want to receive suggestions for earlier appointment slots.

1. Early Slot Waitlist
To use a skill, you have to create a "Skill Set".
Go to Apps, search for the TIMIFY Assistant app you installed previously and simply click on it. There, you will find the Early Slot Waitlist skill. Click on the Add Skill Set button to start creating your automation with Timi.
Then, fill out the name for this Skill Set.
1.1 Triggers
The skill triggers automatically when a customer makes an appointment with you and selects the checkbox.
We also allow you to specify if you want to use this only for specific customers, you can assign them a tag (available only if you have the Enterprise plan) beforehand and then select it in the Customer Conditions field. The same applies for excluding specific customers from this skill.
When you save the Skill Set, a new Data Field called "Notify if an earlier slot is available" will be automatically created, and you can then modify its value from the Data Fields section.
1.2 Actions
In this section, you can choose different notification settings - if you want to notify the customers via email, how many customers should receive a notification, and whether you wish to not send these emails during a specific time of day.
You can also set how much time the customer has to respond to this email—if they don't, they get moved to the end of the queue, and the next customer gets a chance to claim the earlier slot.
Of course, the email itself can be customised as well.
1.3 Outcomes
Additionally, you can see how much time your employees save by using Timi and how much costs you save for your business.
In the section "Outcomes", you can specify how long an employee would have been working on this task and how much this employee earns on average per month. We will create a statistic using the data you provided.
By default, we use a 15-minute carry-out time and 1200 Euro salary, but you can change this data, of course.
You can also measure this skill's impact on your customer satisfaction by assigning a numerical value to how much you think this skill is relevant to your business.
For example, if you think that your customers would love the option of getting an earlier slot, then you can set the points to 10. Each time a customer has rescheduled successfully, the Assistant will add the number of points you've chosen and sum up the monthly amount.
Last but not least, save your new Skill Set. From now on, Timi will ensure that your customers are notified when they can book an earlier slot.
2. Statistics
If you want to see the statistics Timi has collected for you, simply click on the TIMIFY Assistant App and go to the tab Expenses & Outcomes, where you will find all your Skill Sets and the relevant statistics for each one.
