Open the overflow menu via the three dots next to the folder in which you want to create a new list. Select New list.

At the bottom of the menu, there's three icons. Click the middle to add a new list in the menu.

Open the overflow menu via the three dots next to the list you wish to edit.

When you open two or more lists next to each other, you can drag and drop cards from one list the other.

Grab the card and drag it to the list next to it. Easy peasy lemon squeezy! Just drop it on the right spot, a blue line will indicate where it will go.
