Why is my account locked?
After multiple failed login attempts (wrong username, wrong password,...) your account will be locked as a precaution. You will then receive an email saying Your account has been locked.
Make sure to check your spam/junk folder in case the email arrived in there.
How can I unlock my account?

In the email you receive you can find a big red UNLOCK button. Simply click this button to open the link and unlock your account.
Attention: As TinkerList requires the use of Google Chrome, make sure to open this link in Google Chrome as well.

In case the UNLOCK button doesn't work or if you want to manually open the link in your browser, you will find the unlock-link underneath the UNLOCK button. Simply copy this link and paste it in Google Chrome. Now go to this link to unlock your account.
The Unlock button/link is not working
Sometimes clicking the UNLOCK button or copy pasting the link in Chrome doesn't work. In this case simply open an incognito window of Google Chrome (⇧ + ⌘ + N or ⇧ + CTRL + N) and paste the link in this incognito window. This should now work.
