About Subscription Renewal

Updated over 2 weeks ago

Your Tinkery subscription renews automatically based on the billing interval you selected when you first subscribed. You can choose either a monthly or yearly plan.

  • Monthly plans renew on the same calendar day each month as your original subscription date.

  • Yearly plans renew on the same calendar date each year as your original subscription date.

No action is required on your end — the renewal happens automatically, and the charge will appear on the payment method saved in your account.

Unless otherwise specified in your order form, your subscription will automatically renew for the same duration as your prior term (or up to one year).

Note: You are authorising Tinkery (or its payment processor) to charge your authorized payment method for all applicable fees throughout your subscription term.

Agency & Enterprise Plans

If you are on an Agency or Enterprise plan, your renewal works slightly differently.

Your Tinkery account manager will send you a renewal invoice on your subscription renewal date. You can review and process the payment through your usual billing or procurement workflow.

If you have any questions about your renewal date or would like to make changes to your plan, feel free to contact us at help@tinkery.ai. We're here to help!

Notice of Non-Renewal

If you do not want your subscription to renew, you must provide at least 30 days’ written notice before your renewal date. You can do this by turning off auto-renew from your billing settings in your Tinkery account.

For more details, please check Tinkery’s Terms & Conditions.
