How the Learning Feedback questions appear in LXP

In Insights

In the Trends tab you can measure the feedback answers recorded and in the next release you will see a detailed view of these metrics under the Feedback tab.

What is Intercom and how is it helpful?

Intercom is the app that helps us provide the best possible customer service experience directly in Control. At the bottom right, admins can then view a floating icon. When opened, they can send us directly a message or search for help articles. These articles can also be found in our Help Center.

Adding expiry to modules

Encourage learners to revisit their knowledge.

The expiry will also reflect in the badges that contain expiring modules.

Question Statistics Examples

  • Images Uploaded in the Learning Bite format

  • Sessions format, Multiple Choice scale 1-5

  • Open question answers on the Assignment format

  • Mood Survey (MPC scale and open question are supported)
