We receive great product suggestions and improvement input from different stakeholders. We are lucky to receive valuable feedback and want to ensure it is not left in an email, a note or conversation to be forgotten.
Where are suggestions captured?
We capture input and suggestions in our Product backlog under a specific suggestions epic with your specific use case included.
When are suggestions implemented?
As the backlog was growing and growing, we developed a process of picking up at least one suggestion every sprint (2 weeks).
We do not plan these in advance as the prioritisation depends on the current product environment of that sprint. We do keep an overview of all suggestions and exercise prioritisation every cycle.
