Overview of the Content Builder Structure

The content builder allows you to organise content within folders, and nest folders within other folders. Users with access to the content builder can be placed into one or multiple groups and each group can be given different access rights to folders.

Example: a company that has multiple brands (Company X) might have content writers specifically for brand A and other writers for brand B (see schematic overview below). Content writers of brand A can be given access rights only to folder 1 and all underlying folders, and writers of brand B can be given access rights to folder 2. You can also give access to folders further down the tree or at root level.
