An intro is the first thing a new user sees when opening the platform. It’s the perfect place to highlight important features, share a welcome message, and provide a general introduction to your platform.
If you want to make new employees feel welcome, this is the place!
A good intro should include:
A welcome message
A few highlighted features and how to use them

Paste a link from YouTube or Vimeo. These will display using the external platform’s player style.
Slide content: heading + text
Each slide includes:
One type of media
Heading (text only): A short, bold title
Text (rich text): Supports formatting options including:
Bold, italic, and underline
Bullet or numbered lists
Hyperlinks
File uploads
Tooltip icon (i) for more context
💡 Tip:
Use headings for clarity and short paragraphs to keep users engaged.
Setting intro/walkthroughs live
Once you're done:

Use automations to control who sees the walkthrough and when.
🔥 Important:
If the walkthrough is published, it will be shown to everyone by default.
Be sure to create an automation right away to manage access and visibility.

Best practices
Limit your intro to five slides or fewer to avoid overwhelming users.
Use a mix of media (image and video) to keep it engaging.
Include real feature highlights or links to help users take their next step.
What users experience
The intro will appear the first time a user logs in (if they’re assigned via automation).
After that, users can revisit the intro any time via the More > Intro menu.
If a user has access to multiple intros, they will play one after another.
Users complete the walkthrough when they click the Done button on the final slide.
🔥 Important:
If a user doesn’t have access, the Intro button won’t appear in the menu. If they try to visit the link directly, they’ll see an error message.
