In this release we focused on giving managers more power 💪 . We went one step further in reinforced learning for team members by allowing skill nudging and enrolment. Do you want to remind learners in one tap to achieve a skill? Or a skill that should be achieved within a time frame? Is learning completion important to you?
Managers can nudge learners to achieve skills in Reporting
Managers can nudge one or more team members
A notification message can be sent to the learner
A deadline for completion can be added
The nudged Skill will appear in the learner's to-do list, if a deadline was set, it will show here too
Managers can enrol learners to access new skills in Reporting

Multiple skillsets can be enrolled at once
The learner now has access to the skill set and can be nudged to achieve it.
