As an admin, you can reset or complete activities for one or more users.

In this article we cover completing and resetting activities for:

Completing and resetting activities for single user ๐Ÿ‘ค

Step 1. Go to "Users" and then navigate to "Insights"

Step 2. Click on the little arrow next to the activities you want to reset or set to complete.

Step 3. Select either one of the options:

  • Reset activity

  • Complete activity

Good to know ๐Ÿ‘€

  • You can only reset or set to complete the activities that the user has access to.

  • You can carry these tasks for all the activities regardless of the instruction method (you can even complete or reset smart exams๐Ÿ˜‰).

  • When setting a activity to complete, you can select a completion date. If you don't choose a specific date, the completion date will be saved as the current day.

  • When resetting a (smart) exam, you can also add a score.

  • Completing activities and exams for a user doesn't mean that the questions inside such activities or exams are being answered for them.

  • A failed activity should only be completed after being reset. If the activity is not reset first, the actions executed upon completion will not run for the user (e.g. certificate/badge would not be granted, activities would not be unlocked etc.)
