🦚 Improved visibility of new notifications

Little birds in the product portal whispered to us that the notifications were not visible enough. From now on, new notifications will be shown on the top of the discovery stream.

Do you also want to influence what's planned in the roadmap? Check out the product portal, share your ideas, and upvote the ones you would like.

πŸš… Simplifying control continues at full speed

You can now filter automations based on their action. Finding a specific automation becomes harder as the complexity of a platform increases. With this new addition, it will be easier to navigate automations, configure them and debug if necessary.

πŸ“Š Access the LXP data from any business intelligence tool

We proudly announce that the APIs epic is completed. Slowly but surely, we built all the little pieces. It is now possible to access:

  • Modules reporting

  • Groups reporting

  • Journey reporting

  • Learners reporting

  • Skills reporting

Contact your TinQwise representative if you wish to learn more or check out the documentation for more details on this topic: https://XXX.platform.co.nl/api/v2/public/docs/

✨ Improved "self-assignable groups" feature

In LXP you can enable learners to self-assign to groups via their profile. They will see a dropdown where they can select e.g. their function, area of interest or location. When using automations, their discovery stream of upskill is automatically updated.

But, we went one step further. Learners can now join subgroups as well for finer differentiation needs. Subgroups allow you to create smart combinations. E.g. In The Netherlands (group) the dropdown options (subgroups) can differ from the options in Germany. Check out the freshly baked intercom article for more information about the self-assignable groups.

🧐 Monitor individual progress on the user detail page

Did user x complete module x? For a quick look, you can now visit the user details page. Search for a learner and open the new insights tab. Here you will find a list of the modules together with user-specific insights such as:

  • access or no access;

  • incomplete or completed + completion date;

  • active or expired for this user.

⭐ SCORM export

The content builder needed to be set to the corresponding language of the SCORM package that you wanted to download. Now, simply use the dropdowns to select the available language as well as the SCORM version without additional configurations.

🐞 Small but mighty updates

Two bugs on QA were identified with your help.

  1. Images were not visible in the QA environment

  2. An incorrect number of users showed in the QA environment

Both bugs are fixed thanks to our lovely team of developers πŸ’ͺ
