1. Social profiles πŸ™‹β€β™€οΈ

Learning takes place in a social context. We like to emphasise that our learners are not alone on the platform performing learning activities. New in LXP is showing social profiles. In multiple places you can now hover the avatar of others and find out more about a learner, manager or trainer.

Interested? You can activate the feature in Control. This will enable users to add a short 'about me' description, a link (e.g. LinkedIn profile) and subtitle to their profile page. We also made sure that learners can keep their email private, this will automatically hide the contact-button from their social profile. ✨

2. Journey insights πŸ”

Have you checked the performance of your modules yet? The latest module insights release was received with great enthusiasm. The platform team took it up a notch with journey insights. Check out the new insights tab in a journey detail page to find a real-time overview of all users with access to the journey, including completion, in progress and not started. πŸ“Š

3. LTI self-service:

Enjoy LXP functionalities without replacing your current tooling using the standard tooling of LTI 1.1 (Learning Tools Interoperability). We can help set up a connection and treat your learners to the great learning experience they deserve. 🧁

You can activate the feature in Control. This will enable admins to set up a LTI connection in the integrations tab.

4. Certificate expiry βŒ›

A certificate is great way to reward learners. Certificates are customisable with dynamic data such as:

  1. Full name

  2. Module title

  3. Journey title

  4. Training time

  5. Completion date

  6. Expiry date (NEW)

We all know that knowledge fades over time and needs renewal. You can now communicate a specific moment with your learners by adding an expiry date to a certificate. Good news: we've automated this for you. When you add an expiry period (e.g. 1 year), the expiry state is automatically calculated based on a learner's completion date. πŸ“†

5. Updated event texts ✍️

After updating the feature tab, actions and conditions texts, the event texts couldn’t stay behind. You now see the events that are activated on your platform. Get right into it and find the clear list of events now when creating a new automation! πŸ‹
