Qollab Control is now TinQwise LXP Control 💙❤️

We’re continuously working on making the product better and the experience easier to understand. One of the things many of our platform administrators mentioned was the confusion of TinQwise and Qollab brands and logo’s. To make sure we are future proof, we took the liberty of already replacing the brand images and names in Control. That means we were able to add some love to the loading page with a smooth heartbeat. And we placed the TinQwise logo at the top right. All other colors in the platform also are a bit fresher and more consistent with the TinQwise brand.

Layered content insights 🚥

Many of you have asked for the ability to dive deeper into the gathered data from TinQwise LXP. And because there is such a wide variety of ways LXP is used nowadays, it took some time, thinking and developing before we can proudly present the Layered content insights🕵️. Insights are grouped per Programme, Journey and Section and you can expand the layer you're interested in by clicking the layer icon.

Sherlock mode activated? Nice! Here we go!

  • In your platform go to Insights > Content. Then you’re presented a fresh new overview of all content available on your platform. The overview itself is improved by showing

    • the name of the content

    • the completion rate,

    • number of learners that have started,

    • number of learners that have completed

    • number of learners that have not started content.

    • for modules it will show the format

  • You can dive directly into the modules by searching the list of all modules on your platforms.

  • If you’re more interested in Programmes or Journeys, choose one of the available tabs at the top to take that as a starting point for analysing behaviour.

  • When you start with a Journey, clicking on the stack icon on the left, the table will expand that journey’s sections.

  • When you click the stack icon of that section, it will show you the modules that are part of that section.

  • Each list can be filtered on the title and identifier for that type of content (uuid)

  • And finally if you click the title of the programme, journey or module Control will lead to immediately to the insights page for that piece of content so you can further analyse who has or has not completed that part of your training materials.

The completion rate indicator has a color so you can very quickly see what modules are performing well and which need some attention or a notification for example. The thresholds for the color indications are as follows:

  • Red: 0 to 49%

  • Orange: 50% to 74%

  • Green: 75% to 100%
