Subject: Release notes

Dear admins,

The learning cycle of each learner begins with an invitation to the platform. It's a key moment to make an awesome first impression. When the invitation is done well, this will help your learners seamlessly join in LXP and start engaging the relevant content. The biggest challenge with user invitations revolve almost entirely around the obscurity of sent emails.

In this release, we focused on removing this obscurity with invitation emails:

  1. Email status

  2. Email to unsuspended users

  3. New invite after user email address change

Warm wishes,

TinQwise

1. Email status πŸ•΅οΈ

Do you wonder whether new users receive their invitation email or not?

We do too! This new feature is for all the inspectors among us. πŸ’œ

You can now monitor the latest status of the invitation emails.

For pending users:

  • Go to TinQwise LXP Control > Audience > Invitations

  • Find the status column for each user.

  • Click on the status to view the email information.

Check out the help article for more information on different statuses

2. Email to unsuspended users πŸ€—

Who doesn't want to welcome their users with a warm message? Now, this is also possible for unsuspended users.

With this feature, unsuspended users will automatically receive a welcome back email including an invitation button directly linked to your LXP and a link to reset password.

Here is an example:

⚠️ Action needed:

You can already enable this feature via

TinQwise LXP Control > Settings > Features > Unsuspend email

We have not yet enabled this feature on the platforms to allow you to adjust the email to your taste beforehand. Note that this feature will be automatically activated on all platforms on November 1st, 2022.

If you wish to keep this feature disabled for your LXP, please create a service ticket BEFORE October 30th, 2022.

3. New invite after user email address change ⚜️

What about the users who changed their email addresses before they could register for LXP? Or a small typo in the user email address during the invitation?

Not a problem...

If a user's email address changes before registration, a new platform invite will automatically be sent to the new email address. The user can use this invite to register for the LXP.
