Have you ever been curious about what processes are happening behind the scenes or being taken care of by other admins, and how they impact users? The Audit log feature is there to reveal previously concealed actions and make them trackable. This clever tool can document user-related events, providing a comprehensive overview that answers all your questions about who, what, and when.

How the Audit log can support you

The Audit log gives you full authority to monitor user account actions, simplifying the process of detecting any possible issues. The Audit log functions as a digital archive that records all activity within users' accounts. It can help you stay informed and enable you to easily track who performed what and when. You can quickly see any modifications made to:

  • User profiles;

  • Group memberships;

  • User statuses;

  • User permissions.

To see the Audit log, navigate to Users > Audit tab in Control.

What, who and when

The first information on the left relates to the action done to the user. This can include changes to their profile, permission or group membership.

Next to it, you'll see the activities of admins on the platform, as well as any importer action related to the above categories. This can be useful information for troubleshooting.

The last two columns give more information about the date and time of any given action.
