Stripe is a reputable, secure payments platform based in the United States but supports payment processing in many countries across the world.

Tipper uses Stripe to process all tips. As such, to get tips through Tipper, it is essential that you have a Stripe account so Tipper can route your tips to you.

When you setup a Stripe account, Stripe will verify your information and collect your bank account information. When you receive tips via the Tipper app, those tips (less any applicable fees) will be immediately deposited into your Stripe account. You then have control to login and manage those funds. Typically Stripe will deposit your Stripe account balance into your designated bank account at least once per week.
