Modeling the hole chamfers to print specifications can sometimes prove a challenge for some learners. Herein lies a definitive guide to completing the feature in Fusion 360.
Due to limitations within Fusion 360 when the tutorial was recorded, we opted to model the part without chamfers. Although the Chamfer tool is useful, it is important to keep in mind that depending on the geometry, type of face, and the scenario you may have to use other methods, like creating a sketch and using the extrude cut feature.
To model hole chamfers onto your part, you would sketch circles over the 1/4-20 holes with a .275" diameter and extrude down with a distance of -.09" and a -45º angle. This will result in the desired geometry and a fully modeled chamfer. (See the attached screenshots for reference.)
