Step 1: Open Settings
Click the profile icon in the upper‑right corner of the page, then click Settings.
Step 2: Go to the Verification tab
In User Settings, select the Verification tab and click Verify now to start the KYC process.
Step 3: Accept the verification terms
On the “Start verification” screen, check the box to consent to the Privacy Notice and then click Start. Follow the prompts to capture clear photos of the front and back of your document.
Step 4: Complete face verification
Follow the instructions on the Face Verification screen, make sure your face is clearly visible and well‑lit, and click Continue to scan your face.
Step 5: Wait for approval
Once everything is submitted, you will see a Success message when your verification is complete, and you can then close the window.
