How many widgets can I add to a board?

There's no limit for widgets. You can add unlimited widgets to your board. It's a bottomless board so you can scroll down to view all widgets added.

Can I move/copy my widget to another board?

Yes, you can move or copy a widget to another board.

Hover over the widget header and an options button will appear on the top right corner of the widget. Click the icon to see the move option. From here you can easily move the widget to your desired board. You can also duplicate the widget to other boards by clicking the copy button.

Can I change the link icons on the bookmark manager?

Yes, URL icons can be modified. First, change your bookmark manager view to a list view/detailed view. Then click on the three-dot (⋮) menu right next to a link. Go to the edit link option. Here you can upload your favorite icon/image to your bookmarks and style as you wish.

How can I delete a workspace?

Click the down arrow button next to your workspace name and go to workspace settings. To delete a workspace click the Delete entire workspace option below. N.B: # If you have a single workspace and delete it, then you have to start all over again to recreate one. # Once a workspace is deleted all the data within that workspace will be gone. There's no way to retrieve that information once you confirm the deletion.

Can I create multiple workspaces?

You can create multiple workspaces but for each one, you need to recreate an account. To create a new workspace click on the down-arrow button next to your workspace name & select ‘Create New Workspace’.

Where Can I Download Invoices?

To check your billing history, subscription details and invoices go to workspace settings. Click the down-arrow button next to the workspace name. Then go to the ‘Billings’ page under workspace settings. You can check and download your invoices from here.

Can I change my subscription?

Go to workspace settings and click on settings and members. Then go to the Billing page under workspace settings to see the current subscription plan. From here you can easily upgrade the plan according to your need.

Can I change/update my plan in the middle of another subscription?

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan in the middle of a subscription. In the case of yearly subscriptions, your paid amount will be adjusted to your new subscription plan. If it's not, we request you to reach out to us through live chat or email to us at

Who Can I Share My Workspace With?

You can share your workspace with anyone. To do it go to workspace settings. From the 'members' page, you can invite members by email. Members need to accept the invitation from their email to get access to your workspace.

Where can I find tutorials or demos about using your tool and its different features?

We love to help our users to learn our product faster. We have a step-by-step Help guide for ease of understanding as well as short tutorials highlighting every feature individually. These can be helpful for users to learn one feature at a time.

What other tools integrate with this product?

We're currently working on integrations. Right now we have only integrated with Google drive, Dropbox and One Drive for files sync. But soon we will integrate with all the major tools for project and task management, G-suit applications and more! Stay tuned..

Is this HIPPA compliant?

Our product is not subjected to HIPPA since we do not collect any Protected Health Information of users/clients through your services.

Is this GDPR compliant?

At Tixio, we're committed to the success of our customers and the protection of their data through complying with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other privacy-related regulations by EU.

What gateway/payment connections are available?

Right now we accept all payments via prepaid/ credit cards [Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB and Discover]. We will soon incorporate Google and Apple pay.

What do you do with user data?

While using our Service, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you. Personally, identifiable information may include but is not limited to, your email address, name, and other information (“Personal Information”). The sole use of this data is to populate the auto-completion of your contacts when sending invitation emails. Tixio will not use this data for any other purpose.

Is it possible for me to upgrade my product or plan for later?

You can always upgrade or downgrade your current plan anytime you want directly from your Tixio in-app billing page. We got you covered.
