You can create your customized quote in just 4 steps.
1.Start to create a new trip
To create a new trip, go to the "My trips" page and click on the "create a new trip" button.
2. Step 1 : Complete general information
Fill in the basic information about your trip (contact, dates, trip type, project name, destinations, currency, language).
For the cover photo, you can choose a photo from our free image bank or select a Youtube video.
3. Itinerary day by day
In step 2, you can add hotels and events (restaurants, transfers, activities, etc.).
Add an hotel
Click on the button "add an hotel"
Complete all the fileds (name, description, city, country, dates & hours)
Upload your pictures or choose a Youtube video
Detail all prices with labels, unit prices including VAT, quantities and number of nights
Bonus : all your descriptions are automatically translated into English, French, Spanish, Portuguese and German
Add an event
Click on the button "new event"
Choose your type of event (restaurant, activity, transfer, flight, ferry, rental car)
Complete all the fileds (name, description, city, country, date, hour, duration)
Upload your pictures or choose a Youtube video
Detail all prices with labels, unit prices including VAT and quantities
Bonus : all your descriptions are automatically translated into English, French, Spanish, Portuguese and German
Bonus: in the events section, you can change the order of elements by dragging them.
4. Budget
To show detailed prices for each service, click on the "show details" button.
You can add manually additional prices" like booking fees or assistance staff.
5. Information about your destination
In this section, add a text presenting your destination and complete the information on visas, seasons, flights, health, etc.
6. Finish
When you confirm step 4, you'll find the link to your proposal.
Simply send it to your customer.
