A proven commitment to strict privacy and security efforts is mandatory to be considered as a third-party provider by tl;dv.
It is important for us to give transparency about what these systems are and why we send them your data. Please email us at privacy@tldv.io if you do not agree with our reasoning. In addition, deleting your tl;dv account will permanently delete all of your data from our systems.
According to GDPR these third-party service providers are called sub-processors. Sub-processors engaged by tl;dv may have access to or process personal data: (i) on behalf of tl;dv customers; (ii) in accordance with customer instructions as communicated by tl;dv; and (iii) in accordance with the terms of a written contract between tl;dv and the subprocessor.

Processing Purpose: Transcription service, transcoding
Service: Google Cloud Platform allows us to automatically transcribe your videos and display the text in the tl;dv player. Audio and video files and transcripts are encrypted in transit and at rest.
Reasoning: Video recordings and transcriptions are at the core of our service.
