Creating a shared workspace
tl;dv automatically matches the email domain of you and your colleagues and creates a shared workspace as soon as they log in.
You can also invite your colleagues to tl;dv Free via the "Invite friends" button.
To make your recordings visible to your team members, please adapt your sharing settings under Preferences
How to install tl;dv for your team
If you are an administrator who manages Chrome policies from the Google Admin console you can install the tl;dv chrome extension for your whole company.
This is a great way to get your team onboarded on the tl;dv train to start recording, transcribing, and taking timestamped notes throughout your meetings.
