You can have as many Free and Pro members on tl;dv at the same time as you want. You could have a single Pro Account, and 100 Free users concurrently, no problem.

You only pay for the members of your workspace who need additional features, as detailed on the Pricing Page of tl;dv.

We recommend the Pro plan to professionals who regularly record and manage important meetings such as Sales Representatives, Customer Success Managers, Product Managers, and User Researchers.

People who rather consume meeting recordings of others can easily stay on the Free plan.
