Changing your invoice information, payment method and update your billing cycles

Under Account & Billing, you can download your invoices, change your billing information and update the credit card on file.

How to download invoices

  1. Go to Account & Billing

  2. To download your invoice, click Billing information

  3. You'll be redirected to our partner Stripe

  4. Scroll down the page and download your invoice under Invoice history

If you used to be on a paid plan but chose to cancel your subscription and are now on the Free plan, you won't be able to see your Account & Billing section. Reach out to our support team for help getting your invoices.

How to change invoice information

  1. Go to Account & Billing

  2. To download your invoice, click Billing information

  3. You'll be redirected to our partner Stripe

  4. Adapt your info under Invoice information

Note: It is only possible to change your invoice information for upcoming invoices.

It is not possible to make retroactive changes to already issued invoices.
