Right now, tl;dv only supports logging in with Google or Microsoft - this offers the double-benefit of security, and a seamless connection to your calendar for reliable auto-recording of your meetings. π
This also means you can't simply change your email address in the UI, and we'll have to help out.
Here's what to do to ask our support team for help:
Send a message on our chat (through the icon on the bottom right corner of your) and tell us what will be your new e-mail address
We will give you instructions on how we will verify you own your new address

You can speed up this process, by sending us an email directly from the new address, to prove your ownership. With this information, we can coordinate the change for you.
If your company changed domain name, or if you updated your username on your company's directory, when you log in a new account will be created with that address.
Same thing applies: reach out to us with your previous address so we can work it out with you.
