Right now, tl;dv only supports logging in with Google or Microsoft - This offers the double-benefit of security, and a seamless connection to your calendar for reliable auto-recording of your meetings. 👌
This also means you can't simply change your email address in the UI, and we'll have to help out.
Note: We only offer email changes for customers on the Pro or Enterprise plans.
To change the email address on your account please send our support team a message in the messenger (bottom right corner of the page).
Be sure include the email address that you would like to change your account to.
Important: We can only change your email address to another that is hosted with the same email provider. That means if you currently log in with Google, your new email address must also be hosted with Google. The same applies for Microsoft.
Then, we'll need to verify your ownership of the new email address - you can speed up this process, by sending us an email directly from the new address, to prove your ownership.
With this information, we can coordinate the change for you.
