If you experience your meeting library or a single recording loading in grey rectangles, please follow the steps below.
Step 1: Refresh your browser
Fully quit your browser via the task manager
Restart the browser and enter the tldv.io/app platform
Step 2: Restart your machine
This is the one advice none of us likes to get when troubleshooting IT issues but here's something else that can help?
Restart your computer entirely
Open the browser and enter the tldv.io/app platform
If still it doesn't work, try opening the the tldv.io/app platform on another browser.
Step 3: Troubleshooting after refresh and restart did not work
Do a right-click at a random point in your meeting page
Please click "Inspect" at the bottom of the window that opens
You will now see a code window - please make it bigger by dragging the left border further to the left
You will see a bar on top, please click on "Console"
