Your library and recordings are stuck in a loading state

If you experience your meeting library or a single recording loading in grey rectangles, please follow the steps below.

Step 1: Refresh your browser

  • Fully quit your browser via the task manager

  • Restart the browser and enter the tldv.io/app platform

Step 2: Restart your machine

This is the one advice none of us likes to get when troubleshooting IT issues but here's something else that can help?

  • Restart your computer entirely

  • Open the browser and enter the tldv.io/app platform

If still it doesn't work, try opening the the tldv.io/app platform on another browser.

Step 3: Troubleshooting after refresh and restart did not work

  1. Do a right-click at a random point in your meeting page

  2. Please click "Inspect" at the bottom of the window that opens

  3. You will now see a code window - please make it bigger by dragging the left border further to the left

  4. You will see a bar on top, please click on "Console"

  5. Please make a screenshot

  6. Please refresh your page and take a second screenshot of the "Network" tab (2 tabs to the right of "Console")

The screenshots will look like something like this

Step 3: Reach out to our support with the following info

  1. Your browser & browser version

  2. Your operating system (Windows/Mac)

  3. Do you use a VPN?

  4. Do you use an Ad blocker?

  5. A link to an affected recording

  6. The "Console" and "Network" screenshot that you took before
