If you experience your meeting library or a single recording loading in grey rectangles, please follow the steps below.
Step 1: Refresh your browser
Fully quit your browser via the task manager
Restart the browser and enter the tldv.io/app platform
Step 2: Troubleshooting after refresh did not work
Do a right-click at a random point in your meeting page
Please click "Inspect" at the bottom of the window that opens
You will now see a code window - please make it bigger by dragging the left border further to the left
You will see a bar on top, please click on "Console"
