Meetings do not appear on Slack

If your meetings don't appear in your selected Slack channel, please check the following points:

  1. Are you the owner of the meeting or did a colleague record it?
    If a colleague recorded it, it will only appear on Slack if he/she also set up the Slack integration

  2. Is the Slack channel public or private?
    If it is private, please go to the channel menu, click "Integrations" and add "tldv"
    ​

If your meetings still do not appear on Slack, please reach out to our support and share the following info:

  1. Link to the recording that did not appear

  2. A screenshot of our Slack integration setup on tldv.io/app/integrations

  3. A screenshot of your Slack channel menu
