To update your display name or job role, go to your profile settings page:

Your first name will affect what the tl;dv bot is called when it joins your meetings. So if your name is "Grace Jones" the bot will appear as "Grace's AI Notetaker":

Your job role can be used to filter meetings in the meeting library:
