On your AI Reports page, just hit “Create scheduled report":

Start with a clear name for your report, then enter the AI prompt for how you want it to summarize your meetings:
Next, filter for the meetings that you'd like the report to apply to, for example only meetings with external participants, or only meetings with a specific title:
Tip: Switch on the preview to confirm that the right meetings are picked up by your filters:
Finally, choose when, and how often you want to receive the report:
And that's it! Save the report, and don't forget to switch it on:

On the Business plan, you can get as many scheduled reports as you want! On the Pro and Free you can only get multi-meeting insights (from your library or with the scheduled reports) up to 10 times.
