Smart trackers allow you to get notified daily, monthly, or yearly, once specific keywords are mentioned in all or a subset of meetings you have access to on tl;dv.

Smart trackers are quite useful if you want to track features, competitors, pricing, or any other mention during a meeting.

For the time being, you can receive Smart Tracker notifications in your email.

To make sure we're not adding yet another feature, Smart Trackers use tl;dv's Ask tl;dv feature, which allows you to ask AI anything about one or multiple meetings.

This way, setting up a Smart Tracker should be quite intuitive.

1) Go to your Meeting Library by clicking Meetings & Folders on the sidebar.

2) Click on Create Recurring AI Report

3) Name your Smart Tracker and add the following prompt:

Highlight mentions of the keyword "price" or similar. Segment your output by meeting title/name using bullet points (in bold). If a meeting doesn't have mentions, don't include it in your output.

4) Set your report to run at your desired frequency (daily, weekly, monthly). And voilá!
